11 years after the launch of the Casablanca I in 1996 and its successors in form of the Casablanca II series of machines Claro, Avio, Kron, Prestige and Solitaire, comes the third generation range of editors: The S-range, a move towards a new, advanced and future-oriented hardware platform.

The Casablanca S-4000 and S-4000 Pro, scheduled for a release winter 2007, are the two top machines, designed to be the successors to the successful Renommee, Solitaire & their predecessors Prestige & Kron

The Casablanca S-4000 and S-4000 Pro are capable of editing both DV- and analogue footage, but on top of that, even HD video in HDV and AVCHD* standards. The wide range of connection possibilities found in these units is unique and in the field of video editors, almost without competition.
