How it works:
The Ink Caddy II sits beside your printer. The 6 ink compartments hold 110ml each - equivalent to 11 cartridges!

Ink cartridges
Feed tubes connect from the bottom of the Caddy
to the top of the Ink Caddy cartridges.

The entire system is pre-assembled, full of ink, and ready to install.

The Ink Caddy Cartridges utilize "Always Full Chips", which tell your printer and computer that they are never empty and have plenty of ink.

The Ink Caddy Cartridges install just like ordinary cartridges. The feed tubes are secured on the inside upper edge of the printer, just left of center. This allows the tubes to move freely and not interfere with the print carriage. There is just enough slack to allow the carriage to move to both ends of the printer.

The Result:

Beautiful prints on paper or discs for 1/15th the cost of factory cartridges !

Time to refill ?
Order a refill set for $60 -- this is equivalent to over $800 in factory cartridges !

Remove the plastic plug at the top of the ink compartment. The replacement ink ships in flip top bottles - just pour the ink into the Caddy. You can even continue to print while refilling!

How long does a refill last?
Remember that each refill bottle has as much useable ink as 11 standard cartridges. Most users report a need to refill less than once a year!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How is the quality of the ink in the Ink Caddy compared to Epson ink?
A: This is hands down the most common question we get, especially from people who have been disappointed with the poor print quality from off brand or refilled cartridges. We are pleased to report that according to current Ink Caddy users, prints from the Ink Caddy look as good as those using Epson ink. We use the highest grade ink we can find - the proof is in the print!

Q: Will the Ink Caddy II work with HP printers?
A: HP uses a different cartridge technology that is incompatible with the Ink Caddy II.

Q: How do I know when I need to refill the Ink Caddy II?
A: The Caddy is transparent, so you can see when the levels get close to the bottom. You don't have to wait until it is almost empty, though - you can top off the ink whenever you'd like - even while the printer is printing!

Q: I have read there is a problem with ink leaking. Is this true?
A: It has come to our attention that there have been a few cases where ink has leaked. This may be due to careless handling of the Caddy. Caution should be used when moving the Ink Caddy II. The ribbon tubes connect each ink color to the bottom of the ink storage unit and due to sliding the storage unit across the desk top these connections can loosen and leak ink. When moving the Ink Caddy II, always LIFT it. We suggest you place the storage unit in a tray* OR place it in the foam packaging it was shipped in. We now have a Tray available that can be placed under the Caddy and help prevent any ink from leaking onto your desk. (Call for more information)

Q: When I use my Ink Caddy II, the ink levels displayed on my computer are inaccurate. Is something wrong?
A: Nothing is wrong. The Ink Caddy II system has "Always full chips" built into it's cartridges. These chips don't really monitor anything, but instead just always show that your cartridges have at least some ink in them to keep the printer from stopping.

Q: Should I turn my printer off when it's not in use?
A: We recommend turning the printer off if you don't use it for more than one day. This ensures that the print nozzles stay clean.

Q: I've installed my Ink Caddy II, but am getting a flashing red light on the printer. What does this mean?
A: Typically this means that the print carriage is obstructed. Make sure that the inside tube mount is high enough to avoid contacting the carriage as it moves sideways. Also make sure that there is just enough slack in the tubes to allow the carriage to move all the way to the left and right freely.

Q: What's the catch?
A: This is the 2nd most common question we get about the Ink Caddy II:
"This seems to good to be true - what's the catch?"
The answer is that there is no catch: the Ink Caddy II is a better way to print, period! Substantial ink savings, great print quality, easy installation and longer times between refills. The system has a 1 year warranty and a 30 day no questions asked return policy.
